The d'Art Center offers STEAM Summer Camp for 6 weeks in June, July, and August. This Pottery Camp track lets campers explore the fundamentals of ceramics and create exciting projects corresponding to a weekly theme that combines art with STEM!
Students learn from professional art educators and d'Art's on-site resident artists. Throughout these weeks they work collaboratively, enjoy short field trips, and create unique art projects using a variety of media and techniques. Field trips include weekly excursions to the Chrysler Museum to view their current exhibitions, a demonstration at the Perry Glass Studio, and a mural tour of the NEON District.
Week 2 of summer camp is Tuesday, July 5, through Friday, July 8, from 8:30 a.m.-3:00 p.m. Parents may drop off their children using our drive-through beginning at 8:00 a.m.
Summer Camp is for elementary age students (6-10) and middle/high school students (10-14).
