About This Event
Join us for Spring Camp at d'Art! Students learn from art instructor, Deanna Strother, and d'Art's on-site resident artists to create unique art projects using a variety of media and techniques. During this Spring Camp, your young artists will create spring-themed crafts such as:
- National Pet Day portraits
- 3D water lilies w/ talks & examples of Monet’s work
- Dragonfly magnets
- DIY Seed paper for planting
- Honeybees & Honeycomb (multimedia)
- Gardening Scene (April 14th National Gardening Day; paper crafting & collage)
- Glittery Beetle shadow boxes
- Flower Collage (recycled/upcycled collage with found objects, etc)
- Spring Birdies (paper crafting)
- Woven Rainbows (plastic canvas)
- Artist Demos
Registration ends April 7th at 5PM
*Ages 7-12
*$250
*Full Week (single day registration not available)
*Drop off at 8:00-8:30am
*Class 8:30am-3pm
*Pick-up 3:15-3:30pm

D'Art Center
Located in the NEON District, the d'Art Center is Norfolk's community art center! The center provides adult/youth art classes, on-site exhibitions, houses working artist studios, and hosts community outreach projects and event programming!
